The Tasting
Drink Better, Understand More
Our sommelier-led evenings pair five wines — from grower Champagne to aged reds — with a seasonal small-plates menu cooked beside you. Every pour comes with context: the region, the maker, and why it sings with the plate.
- Five wines, five plates — themes from Old World classics to natural wine.
- Glassware, decanting, tasting notes and a take-home bottle guide.
- Bottles available to order after the evening through our merchants.

Good To Know
Pairing Questions, Answered
New to wine or deep into it — the evening meets you exactly where you are.
How many guests can join?+
Two to fourteen at home. The classic format is built for two to eight, keeping pours generous and conversation easy.
Can we set the theme?+
Absolutely — Burgundy vs. Barolo, natural wine night, Champagne and fried chicken. Tell us your curiosity and we build around it.
Is the wine included?+
Yes. Tasting pours for every guest are included; full bottles to keep or gift can be added through our merchants.
Do you offer non-alcoholic pairings?+
We do — a zero-proof pairing of shrubs, teas and verjus runs alongside, so every guest gets the full arc of the evening.
