Good To Know
Meal Prep Questions, Answered
Prefer to try a single week first? Our one-week plan in the shop is the easiest way to start.
How many meals do we get?+
A standard visit yields ten to fourteen meals — for example, five lunches and five dinners for one person, or dinners for a family of four across the week.
Who buys the groceries?+
We do. Grocery costs are passed through at receipt value on top of the service fee — most clients spend roughly what they would on a weekly shop.
Can you cook for dietary needs?+
Yes — gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, low-sodium and diabetic-friendly plans are a core part of this service.
Do we need special containers?+
No. We cook into your containers, or supply a reusable set on request so portions stay fresh all week.
