How quickly will you reply?+
Within one business day with availability, and a first menu draft within 48 hours of our consultation call.
Is a deposit required?+
A 30% deposit secures your date, with the balance due the day before your event. Meal-prep plans are billed per visit.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Full refund up to seven days before, 50% up to 72 hours before. Inside 72 hours the deposit covers ingredients already ordered.
Do you travel outside the city?+
Yes — Hamptons weekends, Hudson Valley escapes and destination events. Travel is quoted transparently up front.
